    ACT: Organ recital by Callum Tolhurst-Close

    Callum Tolhurst Close is in demand as a musical director, conductor, repetiteur, collaborative artist and soloist, and has performed across Australia and internationally. Highlights include broadcasts on ABC Classic FM and ArtSound Canberra. He studied a Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Pipe Organ performance and holds performance diplomas in classical piano.

    He is currently Musical Director of Canberra Qwire and, in 2025, was Chorus Master for National Opera. From 2018-23, Callum held the position of Organist & Director of Music at St Luke’s Anglican Church, Mosman.

    Programme includes music by Clerambault, Florence Price, Vaughan Williams, Malcolm Williamson, Howells and Franck.
